Brittany Stark
Co-Founder & CEO
Brittany Stark has been working with municipal finance teams since 2014, providing a standardized chart of accounts for simplified budgeting and reporting and meaningful dashboards for executives and management. She has over 15 years of experience in technical positions, including software design and development, system integration, training, and consultation.
​Instrumental in developing the Municipal 360 platform, she focuses on the needs of CFO’s and finance teams, understanding the dynamic environment in which they operate, and providing flexible solutions as part of the service.
Wendy Jossa
Co-Founder & COO
Wendy Jossa is a CPA, CMA with over 20 years of experience dealing with diverse industries in the Finance sector, as well as experience working in the health care industry supporting various boards through executive-level reporting and Audit Committee leadership roles.

Wendy brings extensive experience in complex financial situations as well as financial integration, transactions, external disclosure, and accounting policy. Wendy has a solid reputation as a strategic leader with success in managing projects, process improvement initiatives with a passion for effective and efficient solutions.
